How to change atm receipt paper？
1.Confirm that the paper is exhausted: When the ATM machine prompts “out of paper” or cannot print normally, check whether there is no paper roll in the paper compartment.
2.Prepare new thermal ATMpaper: Select a thermal paper roll that meets the requirements of the ATM machine, such as 80mm x 80mm. Make sure the atm roll paper is of good quality and has a smooth and intact surface.
3.Open the paper compartment: Find the printing paper compartment of the ATM machine, which usually requires a key or administrator privileges to open the paper compartment.
4.Remove the old paper roll: If there are old paper rolls left in the paper compartment, remove and clean the debris or dust in the paper compartment to avoid affecting the use of the new paper roll.
5.Install a new paper roll: Put the new atm receipt paper rolls into the paper compartment, making sure the thermal side of the paper faces outward (usually the smoother side). Pull out the paper head so that it is slightly exposed from the paper outlet.
6.Close the paper compartment: After confirming that the atm printer paper roll is placed correctly, close the paper compartment and lock it. Check whether the paper can slide out smoothly from the paper outlet.
7.Test printing: After completing the replacement, perform a test transaction or print a test receipt to ensure that the atm paper roll is installed correctly and the print is clear.
8.Cleaning and tidying: Clean up the discarded atm paper rolls or packaging to keep the ATM clean.
